Seminars and Webinars

1. If we cancel, you may switch to another date, switch to another webinar or seminar, or receive a full refund.
2. If you cancel a course of less than 4 CPE hours, no refund is provided.
   • You may request that a full credit be held on file for your future use. You have 6 months from the first day of the canceled class to use the credit before it is forfeited. 
   • If at least 2 business days advance notice is provided, you may choose to substitute another attendee into the class.
   • If at least 2 business days advance notice is NOT provided, the registration fee is foreited upon cancelation.
3. If you cancel a course that is 4 or more CPE hours, your options are:
   • If at least 2 business days advance notice is provided:
     • You may request that a full credit of your course fee be held on file for your future use. You have 12 months from the dfirst day of the canceled class to use the credit.
     • You may choose to substitute another attendee into the class.
     • You may request a refund of your course fee net of a $300 administrative charge.
       • Orders originally paid by credit card will receive a refund back to the same card.
       • Orders originally paid by check will receive a refund by wire transfer or ACH to the same account.
       • Orders originally paid by wire transfer or ACH will receive a refund in the same manner.
   • If at least 2 business days advance notice is NOT provided, the entire registration fee is forfeited upon cancelation.
4. If you cancel an order for printed course materials (available for live seminars only):
   • For course materials that have already been submitted to our print vendor for processing, no refund will be provided.
   • For course materials that have not  been submitted to our print vendor for processing, a full refund will be provided.
5. All cancellation and refund requests must be initiated before the scheduled class has taken place and no later than 180 days from purchase.

ANNUAL STATEMENT COURSES
These courses include web access to a Handbook. If you requested early access to the handbook and cancel this course, we will deduct $900 from your tuition balance to cover the cost of the handbook license. This charge does not include the $300 administrative fee (plus any promotional discounts that may have been applied) that will also be assessed in the event cancellation is at the discretion of the registrant. Alternatively, another attendee may be substituted in place of the initial registrant as long as we are notified at least 2 business days before the class. Contact us to apply the remaining balance to any subsequent seminar within 12 months of the canceled class.

On-Demand Self Studies

No refunds will be issued for self-study courses. You have a year from the date of purchase to complete the course.
