Receive a review of the accounting and financial reporting changes for 2026 and 2027 for Life, Property & Casualty, and Health insurance companies.  You will learn about changes to the NAIC Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual and proposals under consideration. Our presentation will identify changes the Annual Statement Blanks and Instructions and preview changes to next year's Quarterly and Annual Statements. In addition, we will survey recent NAIC activities from other committees along with GAAP developments specific to insurers.  Recent developments in the area of regulatory capital reporting will also be presented.

Prerequisites and Advance Preparation: This course is best suited for those with at least a basic understanding of the layout and flow of the Annual Statement
